At last month’s FutureStack15 conference in San Francisco, New Relic Director of Site Engineering Dana Lawson presented her talk “If It Touches Production, It Is Production” before a large and appreciative audience of developers, IT experts, and technologists.

And now everyone can see Dana explore how today’s DevOps teams can and should contribute to the software development process, and how to modernize a DevOps team to operate effectively, efficiently, and with low friction. “Modern DevOps is really about changing your culture,” she told her audience. “Changing the way that you think about operations, because operations is the product.”
