Join us on April 17th as we host the San Francisco Joyent Meetup. Andrew Sutherland, the Founder and CTO of Quizlet, will discuss cloud application performance. During his presentation, Andrew will describe how Quizlet — the largest independent study site in the US — uses New Relic and Joyent Cloud Analytics (with DTrace) in combination to monitor web apps in development and production environments. With these tools, Quizlet has dramatically reduced the time it spends chasing bugs and establishing the root cause of performance bottlenecks.
Andrew started Quizlet in 2005 to help study for a French vocab test when he was a high-school sophomore. Today Quizlet is the largest independent study site in the US with 42 million visitors over the past year.
The event takes place at NextSpace on April 17th from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Register today and find how you can use New Relic and Joyent to speed up your apps.
