New Relic offers proven application performance management for AWS Elastic Beanstalk

Amazon Web ServicesToday we announced support for AWS Elastic Beanstalk, a new offering from Amazon Web Services designed to automatically handle the deployment details of capacity provisioning, load balancing, auto-scaling, and application health monitoring. Organizations can now use New Relic’s application performance management tool to monitor, troubleshoot and tune their business-critical apps applications deployed on AWS Elastic Beanstalk.

Elastic Beanstalk leverages AWS services such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon Simple Notification Service, Elastic Load Balancing, and Auto-Scaling to deliver a reliable, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure. It makes deploying application in the AWS cloud even easier because it handles the provisioning and deployment of the infrastructure needed to run the application. Elastic Beanstalk lets developers retain control over the AWS resources powering their application and can access the underlying resources at any time.
