Happy birthday! The New Relic Community Forum celebrates its second anniversary this month.

Two years ago we decided to create a community space where our users could come to ask their questions about our (then) brand-new New Relic Insights product. Today that nascent Insights forum has grown into a full-fledged support community reaching to every corner of our product platform.

New Relic’s Community Forum is for everyone. It reaches across our entire support organization and beyond, and is the place where New Relic’s “data nerds” come together to share world-class support with their fellow users. The online support community includes users helping other users as well as New Relic University educators, product managers, engineers … you name it!

We work hard to make our Community Forum an open and welcoming place to learn and share. Our dynamic support platform makes it easier for our community members to get answers to their questions, share useful tips and tricks with one another, and develop real relationships with us and their fellows.

The infographic below is a fun visual that shows how active the forum has become in such a short time. These impressive numbers would not exist if it weren’t for our amazing forum heroes, points leaders, and participants!

And so a huge “thank you” to everyone who contributes to the forum—this is all about celebrating our wonderful, brilliant user community (all 7,000+ of you)! We couldn’t have done it without you.
