Cloud Provider Announces Free, Integrated APM from New Relic

Cloud Provider offers its clients and resellers a scalable, on-demand server infrastructure for their websites and applications. Through our partnership, all Cloud Provider customers receive New Relic Standard free of charge. New Relic is integrated in to the Cloud Portal, making easier than ever to get started with New Relic and Cloud Provider.

You can use New Relic on both Cloud Servers as Cloud Apps. To get started refer to the installation instructions below and begin monitoring the performance of your applications and servers today!

Activate and Install New Relic on your Cloud Servers:
It’s easy to sign up for a New Relic account and install it on your Cloud Server. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to Cloud Portal.
2. Click on your User Name in the upper right-hand corner and select Account.
3. Go to the Integrations tab and select New Relic.
4. Select Create a new account, enter a user name, and click the Enable button. A New Relic account will be created for you.
5. Click the Login button to sign into your New Relic account.
6. Follow the on-screen installation instructions to complete setup for your Cloud Server.

Install New Relic on your Cloud Apps:
If you don’t have one already, you’ll need a New Relic account to install New Relic on your Cloud App. You can create an account easily within Cloud Portal following the steps listed above. Be sure to copy and paste your New Relic API key. Then follow these steps.

1. Click on the Install new button within Server add-ons area.
2. Select New Relic.
3. Select I already have a New Relic account and Enter new credentials.
4. Enter a name for this add-on account
5. Enter your New Relic API key in the License key field.
6. Complete the installation by clicking the Install Add-on button.
