BoxIntense president Vincent Latief said today that Boxintense is “taking our commitment to reliability and availability to the next level by offering application performance management to all our customers. Now our customers have the missing piece that allows them to monitor and manage their cloud applications with New Relic.”
BoxIntense customers can start using New Relic immediately by:
1. Logging in to the BoxIntense portal.
2. Going to Submit Ticket, selecting Sales Department and clicking Next.
3. Under General Information, entering full name and email.
4. Entering New Relic Account Request in the ticket’s subject line.
5. Entering Please create my New Relic account in the body of the ticket.
6. Clicking Submit.
Once the ticket is submitted, a BoxIntense representative will contact the customer to complete their New Relic account setup.
