New Relic and 2nd Watch Join Forces to Optimize AWS Environments for Enterprise Applications

Thousands of companies trust New Relic to support the performance of their business-critical applications. Many of our largest customers also use Amazon Web Services (AWS). And many of them want to simplify management of their cloud infrastructure. That’s why today we’re excited to announce a new partnership with 2nd Watch, a trusted managed services provider for AWS deployments.

2nd Watch2nd-Watch-Logo-300x113 is a global leader in building, deploying, and managing AWS-based IT operations for enterprise customers. 2nd Watch is among a small group of AWS Premier Consulting Partners and its managed Services offering for AWS users includes Service Level Agreements (SLAs), high availability, and billing management. The company manages thousands of AWS instances for brands such as Adobe Business Catalyst and Red Lion Hotels.

“By partnering with New Relic, our customers have greater visibility into their AWS environments, from infrastructure metrics to application performance, without additional cost or complexity,” explains Joel Rosenberger, executive vice president of managed services at 2nd Watch. “We continuously look for opportunities to improve our already robust Managed Services offering for the enterprise by including tools like New Relic.”

Through the agreement announced today, 2nd Watch Managed Services will now include New Relic application performance data as part of its offering. The new partnership enables 2nd Watch Managed Services to use the pure-SaaS New Relic APM offering to optimize and enhance the performance of clients’ enterprise applications.

Together, 2nd Watch and New Relic are helping enterprises improve how they build and run modern software. For more information, read the full press release.
