Welcome Hilarie Koplow-McAdams, Our New Chief Revenue Officer

Over the last 5+ years, we have been adding extraordinary talent to the ranks at New Relic.

Today, I’m thrilled to announce the appointment of Hilarie Koplow-McAdams as our Chief Revenue Officer.  Hilarie joins us from Salesforce.com, where she was President of Global Sales — and prior to that  she held senior sales roles Intuit and Oracle.  She has has been an active member of executive sales leadership at the premier enterprise software company and the cloud and SaaS pioneer in each of the last two decades!  And she is bringing her talent to New Relic.

Hilarie will be charged with building out the New Relic sales, customer success services and business development organizations– focused on growth across all market sizes, segments and key geographies. She will help the company to broaden its reach with everyone from startups to the largest enterprise companies in the world.  Hilarie will be joining Chris Cook (our President and COO) as well as Mark Sachleben (CFO), reporting to me.

Hilarie Koplow-McAdams is Chief Revenue Officer at New Relic, responsible for global sales, customer success, support and business development.  She joins New Relic after leading salesforce.com’s worldwide sales teams, focusing on growing the company’s business globally.

A software sales veteran, Koplow-McAdams spent over 20 years in a variety of sales and product marketing leadership roles at Oracle, where she rapidly expanded the direct sales organization and launched new product lines. As senior vice president of the direct sales channel, she drove the company’s rapid growth in both the technology and applications markets.

Prior to joining salesforce.com, Koplow-McAdams was vice president of direct sales and a member of the executive committee at Intuit, where her responsibilities included driving sales strategies and execution for Intuit’s small business solutions.

Koplow-McAdams has a Master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from Mills College.
