Shawn Potts

Shawn began his career at New Relic on the Global Technical Support team, specializing in New Relic Mobile and the New Relic Query Language (NRQL). He now works on the Customer Success Engineering team, helping to drive customer enablement and continues to be a subject matter expert for New Relic Mobile. When he isn't working, Shawn can be found playing Capoeira Angola, racing Autocross, and traveling the world.
