Today we announced a new partnership with GoGrid, the Cloud Infrastructure Hosting service from ServePath Dedicated Hosting. New Relic RPM supports monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning of Java and Ruby web application deployed on GoGrid’s leading platform. The companies announced that customers who select New Relic RPM to manage their GoGrid-hosted applications are eligible for preferential pricing.

Today New Relic announced that we’ve broadened our partnership with RightScale to enable one-click activation of New Relic RPM for monitoring and troubleshooting Java applications deployed on RightScale’s platform.
Previously, RightScale and New Relic worked together to help organizations ensure successful Rails application deployments in the cloud. Recently, New Relic announced support for monitoring and management of Java applications and we are pleased to enhance that support by integrating RPM with RightScale’s leading platform. RightScale enables organizations to easily deploy and manage business-critical applications with complete control and portability. To date, hundreds of thousands of deployments—from scalable websites to complex grid applications—have been launched on their platform.

Great news for Heroku customers! You may have heard that Heroku has made available a new Add-On System that integrates several key capabilities for deploying and managing web apps in the cloud on Heroku’s leading platform. Today New Relic announced that it has been included as a key component of the Add-On System and that Heroku is making New Relic RPM Bronze available to all its customers free of charge.
As part of the new Add-On System, Heroku has tightly integrated New Relic RPM directly into its provision-less Ruby platform-as-a-service. With free, one-click access, organizations running applications on Heroku can now combine the benefits of Heroku’s ease of deployment and operation with the monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning capabilities of RPM Bronze.

Stax Networks and New Relic team to provide integrated, on-demand Java app management in the Amazon EC2 Cloud

Select the option to enable New Relic monitoring via the application configuration page in the Stax console. A wizard guides you through the RPM account setup process. Once New Relic monitoring is enabled, the application is launched with the New Relic agent automatically enabled, and the New Relic Dashboard will be displayed on the application’s Operations page.
