Each year the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Journal go on a mission to find the best places to work in the Bay Area. And we’re excited to say they’ve chosen New Relic for the second year in a row! Here’s a pic of our COO Chris Cook with the awards:

To decide the winners, the newspapers asked employees from participating companies to rate their organization on team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.

“New Relic is committed to a culture of creativity and collaboration, where we celebrate teams — and not simply individuals,” said Lew Cirne, founder and CEO of New Relic. “We know that building a strong company culture — one which rewards innovation and allows for real work / life balance — is a critical part of our path to success, and are honored to be recognized for our work in this area.”

Congratulations to the entire New Relic team #FTW!
