Our Latest Java Agent Release Includes Support for Play! and More
One of the most requested updates for our Java Agent has been support for the Play! framework. For our customers building web applications, Play makes it easier to build apps with Java. With this release, Play is now directly supported by New Relic.
The new v2.3.0 release also includes a number of bug fixes and lets you:
- Create web transactions using custom instrumentation
- Use log4j instead of Java API logging.
