New Relic and Brightbox Team to Provide On-Demand Rails Application Management

With this partnership, customers of Brightbox’s 512 and above offerings will be provided subscriptions to RPM Bronze level service. The addition of New Relic RPM to Brightbox’s scalable, high-performance platform will help their customers monitor their Rails applications 24×7 to maintain superior performance and meet customer expectations.

Jeremy Jarvis of Brightbox says that with more and more customers deploying on their platform, “It’s important that we give them every advantage to achieve their goals. Teaming with New Relic will make it easier for Brightbox customers to gain a deep insight into application performance and deliver superior service to their end users.”
